First Line Friday – Hard Wired

FLF-BlackI have one thing to say about Eugene: The boy DOES NOT have game unless he’s online. You’ll see what I mean…

“Hey, baby. Are you gravity? ‘Cuz my zipper is falling.”

Somewhere behind him a muffled giggle clued Eugene in that his particular brand of wooing was wasted on this group. Meh. He’d known that would probably be the case when his coworkers had needled him into joining them at the bar.

He’d hoped tonight might be different, but no. Really, there was no point lamenting his social awkwardness. He was who he was. Besides, he didn’t need a bar to meet someone. Everyone who was anyone knew real relationships started online.

Coming March 2016…
