(Oh, hey. It’s been a while. Whoops. I have minor news-ish (nothing of the upcoming books variety, BUT STILL!), so here I am.)
I had a bit of an interesting weekend when one of my website plugins broke and I lost the book database for my site. Fortunately, I found another plugin that I REALLY like, so I spent the past couple days rebuilding the database and re-adding all those books.
It wasn’t necessarily the most fun I’ve ever had, but it gave me a chance to clean up some messy pages and made me realize there were some things I needed to update.
As of today, all books have been added with Amazon links ONLY. I’ll work on adding links to other retailers for the books that are wide over the next couple days.
I’m also working on adding in some filtering functionality so you can (in theory) pull books by genre and trope tags (spoiler: Found Family appears to be my trope of choice, so that one will pretty much pull up ALL my books. lol). I’ll probably add a tag for Kindle Unlimited books at some point, too. Because it would be helpful to know which books are borrowable for free for those who subscribe, amirite?!?!
There are a few other things I’m going to be working on behind the scenes (I’m not totally in love with my homepage right now, so that might possibly be on the list, but we’ll see), but I’m please with how things are looking and working as of now.
