I was going to use today’s post to tease the stories I wrote during NaNo. It was going to be awesome. I could feel it.
But then…. BUT THEN, I made some covers this weekend and sent the first of my monster erotica stories off to my editor and now I just want to share that. BECAUSE MONSTERS!
So. Monstrous Tales is the name of the series. As of right now, I have 10 parts planned for it. It’s monster erotica, so there are A LOT of monsters and even more sexin’. Added bonus, there’s an actual storyline that runs through it. I KNOW! I didn’t see that coming either.
Parts 1 & 2 have both been written and they’re clocking in at 8300 and 9000 apiece. If this trend holds through the other installments, we’re looking at an 80-90K word final tally. Which makes me laugh because that’s a fuckton of monsters getting busy.

I know monster erotica isn’t for everyone but I had such a fun time writing these stories and I’m weirdly proud of them. They made me laugh as I was writing and that’s always a good sign.
My plan is to have this one up within the next week or so (or at least by the end of the year) while I keep plugging away at editing and revising my Demonkind Collective books. *thumbs up to that*

Thanks, Christi! I was cursing a bit as I tried to finagle the cover to represent the idea I had in my head. But I am pleased with how it turned out.
I LOVE that cover! And needless to say, I’m going to be jumping on this book (and the entire series) like a horny satyr in a mysterious labyrinth chock-full of nubile virgins. *waits in corner and twiddles my thumbs in anticipation*
LOL! I’m going to whisper in your ear that there will be a minotaur in one of the installments. MINOTAURS NEED LOVE, TOO!
Please tell me you’ll use the phrase “There’s nothing mini about this minotaur” in the book blurb. My life would then be complete.
